A curated shortlist, not a catalogue
We research the market across every manufacturer we work with and put forward only what suits your scheme — organised into sections like primary, secondary and feature brick.
RGB Specify is an online specification platform for architects, contractors and developers. We curate bespoke brick, stone and cladding pages presenting options for your scheme.
Free for design teams · No account needed · Works in any browser
All tailored to your project.
The usual process is a mess of emailed brochures, out-of-date PDFs, a sample box with no labels, and a technical datasheet nobody can find when the specification is being written. Half the products in the running aren't even available to programme.
RGB Specify replaces all of that with one page per project. We do the market research, shortlist what genuinely fits the scheme, and put it somewhere your whole team can see the same thing, with the technical information attached to each product rather than buried in an inbox.
We research the market across every manufacturer we work with and put forward only what suits your scheme — organised into sections like primary, secondary and feature brick.
Size, compressive strength, water absorption, durability and fire rating — presented on the page and downloadable as a branded datasheet.
Brick products generate an NBS-format specification clause set you can drop straight into your spec, rather than retyping it from a brochure.
Tick what you want, give us an address, done. The request lands with us directly — no separate email chain, no chasing.
Put shortlisted products next to each other to compare colour, texture and technical data before the design team commits.
Share it with colleagues, the client or the contractor. Everyone sees the current selection — no version confusion, and it is never public or searchable.
The context, the aesthetic you are chasing, the budget and the programme. A phone call is usually enough to start.
We search across every manufacturer we work with and shortlist what genuinely fits — including availability against your programme.
A private link lands in your inbox with the curated selection, technical data, datasheets and NBS clauses ready to go.
Order samples straight from the page. When the specification is settled, we negotiate cost and manage supply through to delivery.
The same page, in your pocket. Pull up the shortlist in a site meeting, check a technical figure on a call, or show a client the options on a phone — no app to install and nothing to log into.
Every project page is private and opens only from the full link in your email — that's why there's nothing here to browse.
If your link isn't working, it may have been shortened or cut off in transit. Email toby@roygeddesbricks.co.uk and we'll send it again.
We publish practical guides to specifying clay brickwork — what the durability designations mean, how the different brick-making methods read on an elevation, and what a complete specification clause needs. Written from the products we actually supply.
What the F and S designations on a clay brick actually mean, where they matter on a building, and what to put in your specification.
